Update on Hardanger piece

Here is an update picture of my hardanger piece.
I placed a skein of floss under it as some people were thinking this piece is very large.
It is actually alot smaller then I was imagining it to be.
Enjoy!

I'm not usually one for samplers, but this one is calling to me - those colours are gorgeous, and I like the delicate stitches.

A head's up.....I love linen, and stitch on it when something is for me. Aida in the higher counts for everyone else.
HOWEVER!, I found Monaco years ago and it is a super substitute for linen. No thick or thins, each strand is even and predictable. Whenever I see Monaco, I buy it. It is a super fabric, and usually in 28ct. You can stitch over 2 to make it 14 ct or over one. Check it out the next time you are at the store. Best wishes. I hope you like Monaco as well as I do.
