This one I made for the nurse at a dr's office that I went to for 8-11 years. The nurse was the one that took care of me during my pregnancies and after my kids were born. Her birthday was the same as my oldest daughter. I found out that she was having a very bad day until I gave it to her.(photo of actual work unavailable)
