Learning a very important lesson and a BIG THANK YOU!

I wanted to share a little something with you all.
God is teaching me a little humility.(to not to get too proud and boastful.)
After I finished the memorial pillow.
Then being able to hear all the compliments, feeling the anxiety of waiting for it to arrive at its destination and hearing the reaction when it was received.

I feel the need to let you all know I appreciate all of you.
We all go through our trials where we do not praise God.
Praising God for only the good in our lives.
We all do not realize that even the littlest things we do are a gift that God has given us.
Most of us take for granted being able to see, hear, walk, move and even having our children.
I want to take a moment to thank God for everything in my life including financial difficulty and disagreements that may occur.
I have gone through more than most people I know during my life. (currently working on journaling what I remember from my difficult childhood in hopes to remember some of what my mind is hiding from me.... I want to remember more than 2 incidents... feel free to ask about my life.... I want to use my life to help others that are going through what I went through... YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!)
He is the reason I can go through even the most mind boggling events in life and still be a sweet, loving, caring and sympathetic person.
He is the reason I live today and everyday and without Him.....
I WOULD BE NOTHING OR HAVE NOTHING.

Most of all I want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU TO GOD, whom has given me this wonderful gift.
Through this gift that he has given me I am able to give others smiles, peace, comfort and just the knowledge that someone in this world cares.

My greatest joy has always been being able to make someone smile or feel good when they receive something that God has put in my heart to make.
Most times I do not understand nor comprehend why I am stitching the piece.
At these times God gives me such motivation to stitch that nothing else matters....
At these times I later feel guilty at the absenteeism of mom/wife to my family that this may have created.

I feel that times that I have no motivation to stitch are consequences that I receive for not giving God the proper credit for giving me this gift.

I LOVE YOU GOD AND THANK YOU FOR SENDING YOUR SON TO DIE FOR MY SINS, TO BE RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD AND THEN BE SEEN BY MILLIONS.
Letting us know that no one else deserves our respect, praise, faith and obedience.

I THANK YOU GOD FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE(WHETHER IT BE ONLINE OR OFFLINE) THAT GIVE ME THE SUPPORT AND COMPLIMENTS ... THAT I MAY NEED AT JUST THE RIGHT MOMENT.

To be honest with all of you..... I do not give myself enough credit or praise when it comes to anything. Most of the time nothing is good enough.....

Here is a look at the pillow unstuffed. Horray! You can see the sparkle of life that is in the piece. I had to reupload due to the fact that the wrong year of passing was stitched. Now it shows the correct date. Posted by Picasa

I was asked to stitch this special piece for ButterflyMom in Canada. This piece was stitched and modified in Memory of Justin. (he loved butterflies and the color blue) It will be stitched into a pillow. I had to reupload due to the fact that the wrong year of passing was stitched. Now it shows the correct date. This is my first finish of 2006. It was for a Christmas exchange. Flu hit my family so I shamefully bow my head at it being finished late. Posted by Picasa

This is one of the ornaments made in thought of my youngest daughter who has been called ladybug since the day she was born. She was so small and has red hair. Posted by Picasa
