Pin pillow Exchange received

I got a wonderful package today from Amy through BeckySC's pin pillow exchange.

This perfect Amy, being that Arizona has been in the 80's this week!
This was also included... it is so cute... and has 3 pink pins on the side to use as well.

Well I have decided.... ***UPDATED on #2***

I have decided to update you on a few things.

1. My sister did not get the one house she had wanted but I got word on Friday that she made an offer on a home that had just been put on the market that day. She wants this house more than anything at the moment and I hope and pray she gets it.

2. I am in the pin pillow exchange that BeckySC is putting on and I am a little disappointed at the moment since I mailed it out over 2 weeks ago to the recipient. (bad me... should have put a delivery confirmation on it) I have had no word on whether or not it has been received or not. I hope and pray that it is received soon or that whomever did get it really needed the pick me up.
I have decided to go ahead and post a picture of it.

******* Update.******* The recipient of this beautiful biscornu has let me know that it was received and dearly loved.... YES! YES! YES!


3. I am so thankful that Spring Break is over..... I will be able to relax more even though I am still looking for a job. The kids have been stressing me out bad..... How is it that our kids can find the most annoying friends to have come over and hang out with?

4. Thanks to the help from TracyJ, I was able to find a mistake in a UFO stitching piece that I am dying to finish for my mother. "The Old Rugged Cross by VeraK" . I have also put some stitches into long time WIP "Jesus Wept" just not enough to take a picture.

5. I did get an award from Karen and Cynimin and will get that post here this week. "THANK YOU LADIES!"

Well this is my update on things right now.... Hope to update you with pics of the above two pieces soon.

Was just my luck that the giveaway that I had won... was from a fellow stitcher named Lynn.

A new finish/exchange piece

Well I have managed to get some stitching in and it turned into my 2nd finish for the year.

Unfortunately, I cannot post a picture of it yet.
It is for a pin pillow exchange that BeckySC is hosting.
As soon as it is received then I will post it for all to see.

It is definitely worth waiting for!

My newest finish for CSFC

I just finished this square for a charity.

I believe it is supposed to be going to Q4Kids in Australia.

Here is the quilt that my teapot quilt square was used for. It is a quilt that was made for charity the group that made it is called CrossStitchingForCharity. It is a yahoo group.

My square is in the second line down... The second square from the bottom.

This is my first square for the group Cross Stitching for Charity. It is for a teapot quilt. If you can not see the whole square click on the picture to see the whole design. Uploads were not working right.

I also wanted to show the total quilt finished... We love you SKYE!!!!!!!!!! (Mine is in the middle) 

I have previously uploaded a picture of a gardening bear taking care of a pansy.
Well it was used on a quilt for a very dear friend and I wanted to show how my square was added to that quilt. 

This is my first finish of 2006. It was for a Christmas exchange. Flu hit my family so I shamefully bow my head at it being finished late.
