I have a new finish

Well today I finally decided I was going to do some stitching.
I decided I would go through some of my stash...
yes, this included UFO's and see what talked to me.

So wouldn't you know it .... it was a UFO.

This one is a special piece that was created by Sandy Riggs from Angelpillowproject.
I changed it just a little but I am happy to say I got another one of my UFO's finished.

Here it is... my 4th finish of the year!!!!

Finally I was able to stitch.....

After a month of being so stressed and not feeling well.... I finally found my stitching motivation and got my stitching groove on. LOL

I had ordered a Hinseit pattern (wedding) to do for a coworker/dear friend as she will be getting married next month. I received it on Tuesday and started it that evening. I put the last charm on it this morning..... now to just get it framed for her...

Here is my 3rd finish for 2009!!!!

I GOT A BIG SURPRISE!!!!

On Saturday, Hubby and I celebrated our 6th year of marriage. (we have known each other for 20 something years... been together for about 10 years)

On Friday, Hubby gave me a very special gift... He had made my Anniversary gift. (seen here)

I had to take 2 pics as the first one you really cannot tell what is in the vial.

The shiny hearts in the second pic are what are in the vial.

The part that got me the most is what he said what the gift represents.

Hubby said " A whole lot of love in a little package for my Golden Angel".

I was choked up.....

WOW What an improvement...

YIPPEE!!! Look out world because I am zooming.... My hubby and I decided to reorganize our office.

SO, he bought me some of those 7 drawer plastic organizers so I could get my Stash in one area instead of 4 different rooms...

With everyone talking about organizing I just had to share.... although, this is just a start because I am not totally satisfied with this organization yet...

So take a look and let me know what you think!

This is the organization container for patterns as well as my basket with my current WIP and a few UFO's. So I can hopefully work on some of them to get them done. (this is not all the UFO's)

I am one of those ones that find it hard to sometimes see in myself what others see in me. Whether it be through personal interaction or what they may think through talking or the impression they get from reading or just looking at the pictures in my blog. It will always amaze me when one of my talented friends and bloggers thinks my blog deserves an award. Sometimes even when they feel the need reach out to me for a ear it amazes me.
